Holistic Wellness Center searching for Certified Clinical Massage Therapist to join our family. This is a part-time, Massage Therapist position to work flexible hours Sunday-Wednesday. You will be responsible for treating all patients/clients scheduled for massage therapy during your scheduled shifts. Our practice will require you to perform accurate charting for each patient/client treated. All charts will be saved/referenced in our EHR system. We are a professional medical facility and require our staff to adhere to practice policies that includes (but is not limited to) completing HIPAA Compliance Certification.

Technical Requirements:
Massage Therapist Certification [NCBTMB Board Certification] and/or Active Massage Therapy License [obtained from a CAMTC Approved School]
Proficiency in the following Massage Types:
- Tuina
- Deep Tissue/Sports Massage
- Swedish
Proficiency/Licensing in the following is preferred:
- Chiropractic Massage Therapy
- Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy
- Shiatsu
- Thai
- Craniosacral
- Cupping
- CPR/First Aid
- HIPAA
We also offer Traditional Fire Cupping training for CMTs through our Licensed Acupuncturists.

- training in cupping and tui na massage
- Any other relevant certifications or training are encouraged
Proficiency in the following
- Medical intake skills including pulse, tongue, channel, facial diagnosis as well as muscle testing, previous CBC analysis etc. if needed.
- detailed SOAP note capabilities
- Strong integrative style of Eastern and Western modalities
- Strong work ethic and talent for working in a team environment

Holistic Wellness Center searching for a Licensed Acupuncturist to join our family. This is a part-time position to start and must be willing to work Saturdays and Sundays starting in January 2022. You will be responsible for treating all patients/clients scheduled for Acupuncture, cupping, gua sha or moxibustion during your scheduled shifts. Our practice will require you to perform accurate charting for each patient/client treated. All charts will be saved/referenced in our EHR system. We are a professional medical facility and require our staff to adhere to practice policies that include (but are not limited to) completing HIPAA Compliance Certification.
Technical Requirements:
- Doctorate or Masters of Science: Traditional Oriental Medicine
- License Of Acupuncture from the California Acupuncture Board
- Clean Needle Technique Certification
- ABORM certification is a plus
Proficiency in the following
- Variety of needling techniques. i.e. TCM, Motor Point, Japanese , 5 element etc.
- Ability to treat 2 patients per hour (excellent time management)

Holistic Wellness Center looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist on Sundays from 9:30am-6pm beginning February 6th and then every Sunday from 9:30am-6pm, with the flexibility to cover shifts as needed during the week.
We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, professional, creative, health and detail-oriented to join the On Point Acupuncture and Wellness Center team! Responsibilities include (but may not be limited to):
- Greeting patients/Walk-Ins
- Informing prospective patients of integrative services: acupuncture, massage, yoga
- Heavy calendar management; must be able to manage patient schedules for various practitioners with no overlap
- Process payments through POS System
- Manage all incoming calls
- Awareness of HIPAA guidelines (not required), training offered
- Will be trained in insurance billing
- Maintaining sanitation protocols for a medical office, including COVID-19 protocols
- Place inventory orders
- Data Entry
- Must be proficient with Mac Office Applications (Pages, Numbers, etc.)
